It's my goal to be the 'Prince of Bread' in Tycoon.
I have successfully got into the second in the list.
It's still very far to reach the first.
Well,
I will keep buying bread as its price is below $28.

The drop of Automotive

I am wondering,
how come automotive dropped so much from the high of near 7000 to current price of about 4800.
It might because previously it increased too much.
However,
one I still don't understand is that,
the demand is still higher than the supply almost all the time.
Its dropped shouldn't so so much.

My first Car Assembly Plant

Yesterday,
a friend mention to me about Automotive business.
And after thinking,
I venture into the business.
I upgrade the production 2 times while reduce the upkeep to the minimum.
It cost me about 15 millions.
The average revenue per minute is 1275.
It means,
it takes me bout 19 days and 2 hours for me to earn back the cost.
That's a lot!

Exchange National Bank with Nuclear Power Plant

Due to the reason I said previously,
The money value might dropped while the inflation is happening.
I change a national Bank with Nuclear Power Plant.
Actually,
doesn't really need to change strategy so fast.
Just,
I might be busy for these following days,
I scared I will forget to purchase the power,
so I built power plant.

for example aluminium and chemical.
But, it is a bad news for housing perhaps.

Buy call on Uranium

Well, Cloth's price has raised and it might not be a suitable moment to buy it anymore.
As previously stated,
I do think that Financial industry will face a very serious problem if the inflation is continuing.
Well,
For financial industry operators,
I would suggest that it's better to keep an amount of upkeep of your operating, especially power.

As we know,
Nuclear power is one of the most profitable power plant.
Its upkeep is uranium.
The fact is that,
uranium production is low.

Thus, I think that it will face a under supply of uranium.
So, I will place a buy call of Uranium at the price now, around $42.

A Worry in Financial Industry

I am in Financial industry in Tycoon.
Financial industry is the one of the most profitable industry.
I start feeling worry whether how long can financial industry stands on the top?

If we look at the price of all the upkeep,
the price is increasing.
Inflation is happening.

If inflation continuing to be happened for a long time,
financial industry will be hurt the most.

Unlikely other industry,
financial industry's upkeep cost is raising while the revenue couldn't.
We take utilities industry as comparison.
Petroluem Power Plant produces power while its upkeep is petroleum.
The petroleum price might raise which lead to the increase in the cost.
However, the price of power might raise to which increase its profit back.

But this won't happen to financial industry revenue which is money.
The value of money wouldn't increase.
In fact,
its value will drop due to the inflation.
